How do you add a hot spot to an swf file? I tried to put the hot spot on, it
went, I added the hyperlink but it didn't work.

I am using FP2003

You use Flash or Swish to edit the original file the .swf is derived
from. Conventional hotspots can only be placed on foreground images -
a .swf file is not an image.

You can't - you'd need to add the link from within the SWF file itself. (i.e
in the program - Flash/Swish etc that was used to create it).
