Adding header/Footer Report (view) name to print phone lists

I have created in Business Contact Manager 4 Views to organize data/phone
lists. In Header/Footer I see options like time and date, but not the name of
the report or view.

If I go to page set-up, tables, header footer and type something, then it
becomes standard on all views/reports. How do I get the current view to print
the views name in either the header or footer automatically for each report.
