Sorry if that has been asked before, I cannot find where I can insert form
fields into a document... specifically a template. Cannot find this in help
or with sarch. In Word 2003 you could 'Insert > Formfields'. It must be right
in front of me but I don't see it. I need this to make it easier for people
to place their cursor and just type away. Nothing more complicated than that.

Where can I find all the form tool bar?

The tools are included in the legacy tools on the Developer tab which is not
displayed by default. Add it from Word Options > Popular.
