Adding File location in a given cell

's Computer Specifications

I am trying to add the file location in a cell. I know how to add to the
header and footer, but am unable to locate a function/formula to put in a
given cell. I want this to change if the file moves locations so the user
does not have to update the cell. I am using Excel 2003, Office
Proffessional Edition 2003.
