I use Windows XP Home and when I try to add a fax i get the following message
which I do not understand....Copy Error....Setup cannot copy the file
fxsres.dll.

Ensure that the location specified below is correct, or change it and insert
'Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 CD' in the drive you specify

Copy files from:
c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

I have checked and have Service Pack 3 installed, can anyone help please!

Well, I have a bunch of questions regarding Fax programs. At the same time,
I may be able to help you with your problem.
If you have DSL and an internal modem, you will find that you need to
connect the phone line directly into the PC modem slot on the back of the
tower. Once done, you next connect a "line" between the back of the tower
and the DSL modem. Finally, you connect the DSL modem to the incoming home
phone line connector.

You are done. You will find that you can now send faxes, use your email
information to make phone calls and...every time your phone rings, your PC
will ring also. You can configure your Fax Modem so it gives you what you
want when you want it.

Now, here are a couple of questions:
Do I need a fax modem to send faxes over regular phone lines?
When I buy a new PC, do I get one with a modem? And why?
How does a printer with fax capabilites interface with the PC that does not
have a modem?
