The only way to get a CD is to contact the manufacturer
of your computer. Microsoft does not replace OEM CDs.

|I have been trying to turn on the Fax Services component,
| but everytime I try, it asks for me to put in the XP-Home
| Edition CD ROM. My XP came pre-installed with my
| computer and the manufaterer either did not send me a CD
| ROM or I've lost it.
|
| The manufacturer is NOT on Microsoft's OEM list, so I
| can't get anywhere with their customer support help
| either. Can anyone tell me how I can get a copy of the
| CD-ROM? I know I can download the Setup, but it says
| that you still need the CD ROM!
|
| All I want to do is start sending faxes! I'm not a
| computer wizard, so I'm kind of lost here. Help!
