Am having problem adding extra files. As a beginning
point am just trying to add notepad.exe. I right click on
extra files, choose Add, then browse to either the
C:\Windows\System32 folder or the Embedded repository and
select notepad.exe. I then choose %11 (C:\windows\system
32) as the destination. I go into Advance and cut and
paste in the Srcpath (C:\windows\system32 or the
repository path) and enter notepad.exe as the Srcname.
When I build I always get an error 1005 file not found.
What am I doing wrong?
Paul

You must specify a extra files folder, where the files are located, which
you add add the extra files category!
Tools-Options-Build -> Extra Files Folder

Hi Paul

You wan't to add under Extra Files at your image config a file.
Is that right?

Ok if yes, a Property Page is displayed where you have to enter
Target Name
Description
Source Name
Destination

In my opinion these files have to be in the main repository folder or if
they are not there, they have to be in the extra files folder.
The extra files folder is defined under Tools-Options-Build-Extra Files
Folder.

You don't need to enter a source path at the Advance options.
If the file is located at the repository or the extra files folder, the file
is found!

enter target name and destination, I think this sould be enough.

Mario
