Adding Extra dial-string modem commands - programmatically

Hi all,

Are there any way of adding Extra dial-string parameters programatically,
when doing (programmatic)RAS dialling from a PPC ?

To ensure that the PPC,(BlueTooth enabled), connect to the correct GPRS
access point when using separate BlueTooth Cell phone, we must Ensure that
the Extra Dial modem command string is set in the format of: +CDGCONT=1,"IP","myAPN"

We are using the Bluetooth modem driver(socket)(which BTW, is not listed at
HKLM\ExtModems\YourModemDriver*).

Suggestions or documentation links are more than welcome.
