Brian ...I share Stephen's interest in a better way to add an address to an
existing rule. Most desireable would be to right click an address within an
email and have an option of adding this address to an existing rule. Now
instead we have to copy the address, then open rules, then select the rule,
then modify it. If you have multiple addresses to add to different rules, you
have to exit the rules each time. Very time consuming.
Stephen ....one thing I have done is to create a new rule for new unsorted
address as they come in...this is quick and easy but leaves one with lots of
runs. Every week or so I go into Rules and copy the address from the new
individually created rule into an existing one, then delete the individual
one. At least this way you don't have to exit rules each time after adding to
an existing rule.
Brian ...does this help explain why Stephen and I are looking for something
better and faster? Have I overlooked an even better way? Thanks for you
diligent assistance in this forum.
