We are using Powerpoint 2000.

We want to be able to click on a number - have this move
to another screen using an action but then we want the
number to disappear. Is this possible - can anyone help?

Thanks in anticipation
Sue

I just played around with this and in a "quick and dirty"
way I did the following:

1. Slide Show menu > Action Buttons > Custom
2. Draw the button on the slide
3. Hyperlink to > Slide... > Selected Slide I wanted it to
go to
4. Text-boxed a number over the button

The button stays on that slide, but it's not on the other
slides. Can you explain a little more about why you want
the number to disappear? If you move to a different
screen, that number/button will no longer be there.
