I'm using Outlook 2003. I understand that I should add an e-mail account
before the "send" button can be found in the toolbar. But why can't i find
the "Add e-mail accounts" under "Tools"?

Tools->Options->Mail Setup tab.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
(insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account
will be deleted without reading.
