We now have to dial 11 digits; is there a way to add 1- to all telephone
numbers in contacts without doing it individually per entry?

If they all have a common starting set of digits then our find/replace
utility will do it (http://www.lbetoolbox.com/findreplace.htm) , otherwise
you will need to write some custom VBA code yourself.
