Diane Hi
On the 18th August Mike Sperry requested the the version number of Outlook I was using the same day I notified them of the problem, and I replied by return. Three days later I asked if they had any information for me, and did not receive a reply. After a further two days I emailed again saying I was disappointed not to have received a reply, in view of ther customer sevice comments on thier website. The same day I received a reply apologising for the delay, and informed Mike was very busy working on the issues and trying to resolve them, and that they would honour the refund policy past the normal 30 days. After almost another seven weeks (9th October) I emailed again, asking for the current situation, and did not receive a reply. After a further 8 days I requested a full refund, which Sperry Software say they have done, but 3 days after thier email the refund has yet to appear on my credit card account. As I said to Sperry Software I would have preffered that the software worked. Joco (London) "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: > It should work. Assuming I understand exactly what that program does, you can make a custom
form and use a macro to insert the date and time or use a windows macro program or Activewords to enter the date and time - http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/date_stamp.htm -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: dailytips-subscribe-(E-Mail Removed) Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-(E-Mail Removed) "Joco" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message news:A641EE21-67E5-411F-ACD0-(E-Mail Removed)... > Diane Hi > > On the 18th August Mike Sperry requested the the version number of Outlook > I > was using the same day I notified them of the problem, and I replied by > return. > Three days later I asked if they had any information for me, and did not > receive a reply. > After a further two days I emailed again saying I was disappointed not to > have received a reply, in view of ther customer sevice comments on thier > website. Diame Hi
I have looked at the webpage you detailed, and tried unsuccesfully to create the template datestamp.oft. I have downloaded it, when I run it I receive an error message "The Custom form could not be opened, Outlook will use an Outlook form instead" I cant find how to create a New Form That's why I opted to buy a third party add-in Thanks Joco (London) "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: > Assuming I understand exactly what that program does, you can make a custom > form and use a macro to insert the date and time or use a windows macro > program or Activewords to enter the date and time - > http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/date_stamp.htm > > > -- > Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] > Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours > Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ > Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ > > Outlook Tips by email: > dailytips-subscribe-(E-Mail Removed) > > Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ > Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com > Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: > EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-(E-Mail Removed) > > > "Joco" <(E-Mail Removed)> wrote in message > news:A641EE21-67E5-411F-ACD0-(E-Mail Removed)... > > Diane Hi > > > > On the 18th August Mike Sperry requested the the version number of Outlook > > I > > was using the same day I notified them of the problem, and I replied by > > return. > > Three days later I asked if they had any information for me, and did not > > receive a reply. > > After a further two days I emailed again saying I was disappointed not to > > have received a reply, in view of ther customer sevice comments on thier > > website. very helpful - it only addresses using forms from Microsoft's app farm, which used to be installed by script in the less secure days.
