adding data from a form

What i would like to do is update or add data from a form to a
specified table. The table is in another sheet that i am hiding. Is

Yes.

But I'm not sure what you're really doing.

If you're using a worksheet that's designed to look like a form, you could look
at the way Debra Dalgleish did it:
