Adding a custom drop-down list to Field-chooser

Hi,
In outlook 2002...
I click on tasks, and it displays the tasks on the right
side. How do I create a custom drop-down list when using
the "Field-Chooser"?

You cannot create custom drop-down lists in Outlook views.
