Ok, so my company just upgraded our MS Office Suite to 07. I've just
recently (in the past 3 months) learned to code in VBA to build a spreadsheet
tailored to our purpose. Most of the stuff I coded for Excel 03 works in
Excel 07 except for a custom toolbar with a button to execute a macro. Now
that the "ribbon" is in charge it appears I can no longer add toolbars and
buttons. UNLESS I know how to code in XML. Is this correct? Do I have to
learn how to code in XML in order to add custom command buttons to the Excel
07 ribbon?

You should be able to find your toolbars under the Addins tab on the ribbon. So
you don't have to learn something new <bg>.
