Adding cookies

How to add a cookies file (E-Mail Removed) to my cookies?
I tried to use the Import option from the Internet
Explorer 6 but at the end it says "Cannot download file".
My system has WINNT 4.0, the cookies file was originally
generated on the WINDOWS 2000 system.
Need help!
