Hello,
i want outlook to add a contact information of a person who wrote an email
to me when i reply his message. In 2002 there was it possible, but i can't
find it in 2003.

There is no such feature in either Outlook 2002 or 2003. This feature only
existed in IMO mode of Outlook 98/2000.
