You can use any of the text boxes, shapes and callout from the drawing tool
and add text to them.
It is important that you follow these steps:
1) Use View |Toolbars|Drawing
2) Select chart (click on it)
3) Drag a shape onto the chart
4) Add text and position shape as needed
If you omit step 2 the chart and the shape will not be grouped and the chart
make be move leaving the shape behind.
