is it possible to add comments to the cell so it will be visible but
still not to have any characters or syntax inside?

Insert > Comment
Then clearout the contents

i'm sorry but there was misunderstanding ,i do not want to use the
commet box but to be able to use the cell as some kind of the comment
box but still to not have any syntax inside of the cell
is it posible?

So you want a comment without a comment call out ?
Not sure I understand, but the cell can be empty with a comment.

Otherwise, where do you expect to put the "text" if not in the cell, nor in
the comment box ?
