Whether or not your recipients see your formatting depends on several items,
such as the mail client and whether the mail server is set to strip
formatting.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Howard asked:
| I have OUTLOOK 2000 and I followed directions to add
| color to reply's and checked box to add "Howard's
| comments" to each area of an email that I'm replying to
| that needs a comment in the body. On my desktop I see
| things the ways I want them to appear (or at least when I
| try using WORD to "send my messages as". When I use just
| OUTLOOK I can't even make the "Howard's comments" appear.
| In both the WORD and the OUTLOOK programs the color works
| when I add a comment, but when the recipient receives the
| email they do not see any comments highlighted by color
| not any statements that say "Howard's comments".
|
| How can I make this work in OUTLOOK program and/or in
| WORD 2000 program when I use WORD as the editor?
|
| Thank you!
| Howard Elwell
