Easy if you have Access, otherwise to add fields, modified the form, then under form properties you
can update the database. You will have to rerun the any database wizards to use the new fields.

Nevermind, I searched earlier and couldn't find the answer to this question,
but my searched criteria was wrong, so I found the answer this time....

however, How do you "edit" or "delete" a post here?

well, you can't "cancel" a post in the context that no one will see it - you
can delete the cached copy that you download when you read the message - but
that's all. The server retains the message for whatever length of time its
retention is set for. The server/network admin has control over that.

yes; add the field to your form, go to form > properties then to the
database options and click "update" this will add the field to the list.

Same deal with changing the name of a field as above.



Better yet, set up the database in MS Access.
