Adding Arabic in XP

I've read the Microsoft Support page on adding Arabic to XP and Word to
enable right to left input. However when I click on Add new language, Arabic
isn't listed although there are dozens of others. Anyone know why? I assumed
that as there was a support page on the Microsoft site it was possible to add
support for the Arabic language?
Thanks
Tony

You need to check on the Supplemental language support "Install files
for complex script and right-to-left languages" in Regional and
Language options.

Unless your XP is a "regional" version where the written language is
right-to-left, this is not automatic.
