I have 2 Dell 6450's dual Xeon processors running Windows
2000 Enterprise and Sql Server 2000 in an active/active
cluster.

I want to add 2 additional processors to each box. Would
I have to reload the OS and Sql in order for these
servers to recognize the new processors?

No you will not have to change anything in Windows. Basically with
Windows you have a single processor HAL (1 processor) or multiprocessor
HAL (2-32 processors depending on version). Going from 2 to 4 doesn't
change anything in Windows.
