i am tring to add my wifes email to outlook (like the way hotmail was there
before).All emails are going into my folders and i cant see how to setup her
own folders.

A cleaner way of doing things would be to set your wife up with her own
account on the PC then setup Outlook for her there. That will keep things
nice and separate.

Hi Marty

I've done same for my wife. I've created new folder with my wife's
name. I've then created a message rule that moves all incoming
messages addressed to her, to her named folder.
