adding 2003 as member to 2k domain - upgrading to 2003 AD also.

Hi,

Im in the process of adding a 2003 member server to a 2K AD domain. Should i
intsall wins and dns on this machine and point the WINS and DNS service to
itself ?

Once the member server is running i understand i need to upgrade the catalog
before my 2003 member server can become the new DC on the 2003 AD domain ?
