Does anyone know who to make the OS see a second proc after it's been added post instalation?

Open the device manager and expand the computer tree. Update the driver
and select install from a specific location. Select Don't search and
click next. There should be a mulitprocessor PC selection available,
just select that and it should work after a reboot.

Do not forget to create a restore point before you do this just in case.
