hi i have 2 hard drives, the old one has win98 and the
new one has xp home. I installed my new hard drive, with
the jumpers set at master and the old drive set to slave.
now i can't access my old hard drive. I find it in the
device manager listed like any other hard drive but
in "my computer" from the start menu, no show. I double
and tripple checked the jumper settings on the drive and
they are set correctly. (new drive is master and old
drive is slave.). thanks for your attention.

Right click on My Computer and select Manage. On the following screen,
select Disk Manage.

The drive should now show up on the right hand side of the screen and you
can assign it a drive letter. Then it will show up in Windows Explorer.

Try right clicking on My Computer and selecting Manage. That should allow
you to add that disk...
