User is adding 2 additional slides to the 36 graphical ones she has already.
The user has the font set at Times New Roman, Style: Bold and Size: 36 , just
like the other 36 slides. if she saves the document and goes back in the new
slides appear as Times New Roman, Bold, size 24. Cannot figure out why this
is happening each time she open the document and adds new slides and saves it
perfectly to how she wants the document to look like. We also had her do a
Detect and repair on her machine. User has a Windows 2000 machine. Had the
user send the PPT document to me and I made the necessay changes save it and
opened it back up and it saved the changes. If I send her back the revised
copy, it will still show some of the slides at size 24. Is it her version of
windows? I have Windows XP.

This is the reverse problem but could be connected. The message is - is the
clients ppt updated with available service packs.

Suggestion: both of you start PPT and choose Tools, Options, go to the Edit
tab. Look at "Auto-fit text to placeholder"

I'm guessing it's not checked on your system and IS checked on hers.
Have her uncheck it and test again if so
