How do I add yes/no voting buttons to meeting request?

You can't add them to a meeting request.

You can make voting buttons on emails through the Options button (in an open
email).

You can for example send people an email asking which is best for you and
make voting buttons with 18 different times on them.

12 May 9am; 12 May 11am; 14 May 4pm etc just put a ; between each button's
text.
