I am currently automatically forwarding emails recieved from one address to a
number of other addresses.

I want to automatically add some text to these emails before they are
forwarded on. Can this be done?

Probably not via Outlook but you left out all the details on how exactly you
are doing things and with which version of Outlook and which type of mail
account so it is hard to make any recommendations.

I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, linked to an exchange account, but
I am also interested in knowing how to do this using a pop3 account.

I am currently using an email rule under Tools, Rules and Alerts to forward
these incoming emails onwards.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
