I have downloaded some powerpoint templates from the Microsoft web site, but
they do not show up when I try to use one in a new powerpoint slide. The
templates are in the file where all the ones that do show up are, but these
will not appear in the design template tab of the new presentation window.
I'm using Powerpoint 2000. Does anyone have an answer for this?

I know that some of the templates that you download have to be saved (do a
File/Save As) before they show up (in PPT 2003, anyway), but others don't
have to be saved -- they just show up automatically.

Unfortunately, I don't know what the difference is! So if Sonia's info
doesn't fix it, try a Save As and see if that helps.
