how to add tcp/ip port

I accidentally deleted the tcp/ip port in windows 2003 for printing with
cleanspl.exe. how do I add this back?

Remove your network adapter(s) from Device Manager, restart for effect.

I tried. all I see when I go to add port is local port. no TCP/IP

i think he is talking about ports as in printer properties /port for
networked printer access.
