I get the following message when I try to get into outlook. Can someone tell
me what I need to do?

And WHAT was the message that was supposed to be "following"?

Have you tried starting Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe")
which will NOT load any add-ons that you installed when Outlook starts?
