How do I add new locations to the "Send To" option; also, I have a
downloaded PDF
file that is 200+ pages that I would like to print. The file has a lot of
wasted space, I
would like to copy it to Word and remove the formatting. I can only copy and
paste
one page at a time! How can I accomplish this more expediently?

Add the shortcuts to
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\SendTo
If you want them for all users add them to the All Users profile.

A PDF file cannot be worked on in Word.

There is a converter at http://www.scansoft.com/pdfconverter/ that
changes the file to Winword. It takes a long time but is probably
faster than doing page by page.
