I could add Script Explorer in VS 2005 but I could not add it in VS2008

With VS2005, I go to Tools -> Customize -> Commands on the Visual Studio
..NET menu. Locate the Debug entry in the Categories section and click it to
show all available menu entries. In the Commands list, scroll down to Script
Explorer and then drag it up onto the Debug ->Windows menu in mentioned
earlier. Doing this will make the Script Explorer menu entry available each
time running Visual Studio .NET.
But in VS2008 the Script Explorer not in available menu entries.

Please help! Thanks
