Add rule issue #2 with error message

's Computer Specifications

I just tried to manipulate the rules around. I set it for the specific email
address from sender to permanently delete it. I got an error message that
says that I do not have the approriate permission to complete this rule????

Please, no hand-waving. Give details of exactly what you're doing. We can't
see it and your message is vague enough that it's hard to guess what you're
doing.
