Outlook 2007 to Exchange 2007 via RPC over HTTP to Exchange 2007.

The Add Room button in the lower left corner of a new meeting is missing.
The scheduler still shows autopick next button

Also missing available times on right side of Event box.

Had Outlook 2007 SP1, updated to SP2, all hotfixes available.
Yes, I used File, New, Meeting Request.

So you have the old Scheduling assistant, not the new one with the Suggested
times pane? The new one is used with Exchange 2007 only - are you sure you
are connecting to Ex2007?

I have about 75 users on Exchange 2007, have been for over a year. I am the
only one running Vista.
If i check my account with OWA or on anotehrh PC with XP, it shows up fine.

I should add that over the last 2 months, i have been rolling out Office
2007 to users. I have had Office 2007 for the last 6-8 months, but never
knew there was a room button till the rollout and saw it on other users
clients.

Not sure if this will work for you , but I worked with our IT department today to fix this issue after we migrated from Lotus Notes. You need to edit a registry entry by going to Start-->Run-->then typing RegEdit.

Navigate to Current User-->Software-->Microsoft-->Office-->Outlook-->Options-->Calendar

In the "UseLegacyFB" setting, change the setting to "0". You should now get the Add Rooms button back.
