I would like to be able to add "Requested by" into my tasks.
I followed advice from Brian Tillman (5.15.08) - I have enabled "in sell
editing" in Other Settings and tried to type a name directly into the
"Requested by" field on a view list. While I can put cursor in a filed I
can't type anything. At the same time I can type in the other fields, e.g.
request. Is there are anything else that can be done to enter information on
who requested the task?

Thank you,
Elena

The only way to get data into that field is to actually send a Task
Assignment. The recipient will see the sender's name in the Requested By
field.
