ADD/Remover Problems

I do not seem to be able to add windows components any more.

I attempted to add SNMP and PEER to PEER networking and in both instances it
is telling my that it can not copy files from the folder c:\windows\i386
even when I can see the files in the folder. It then tells me to get an SP2
cd, which I do not have since I upgraded to SP2 from the MS web site.

Any ideas on how I can solve this.

For security I am running Norton Internet Security and Anti Virus, Spyweeper
and Sybot Search and Destroy.

I disabled all of these programs and am still getting the errors.
