ADD/Remove window not displying MSI through ADS

This can have several reasons, maybe one of this will
help you:

Applications appear only on the Add/Remove Control Panel
of users that have installed the applications. That means
if you install an application for allusers, allusers will
be able to see it in add/remove section. If you install
the application for a specific user, only this user will
be able to see the add/remove entry.

If the property ARPNOREMOVE is set, the add/remove
entries will not be written. Make sure it's not set.

My last idea is that the action RegisterProduct is not
run, this action will write all add/remove entries into
the registry @
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{
product key}
