Add/Remove Software Control Panel corrupted

Hi all,

I have a Windows 2000 Advanced Server that's giving me problems.
When I open the Add/Remove Software Control, the main form opens, but
instead of displaying Software, ..., and Windows Components, the screen has
garbage on it.

If expanded ( from the Install CD ) and re-registered AppWiz.cpl, but I
still have this corruption.

Has anyone else seen this behavior before, and know how I can fix it?
