Certain Apps cause Add/Remove Programs to freeze as an open dialoge window
when I attempt to change/remove them. CPU jumps to 100%. TaskManager "End
Task" has no effect. "Reset" or OFF only fixes. One particular App is CNET
Download Manager.

Please help me fix this!!

The installation has become corrupted. Not likely your fault, it just
happens sometimes.

Reinstall the application, reboot, then try to uninstall again. If you still
have problems, contact the application's author.
