When trying to open icone (Add/Remove Programs)no control
panel, I receive the error:
Runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line:74
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.


please helps me?

Are you sure it wasn't line 75? Apart from that, this article describes
your problem exactly. I hope it never happens to me as the fix isn't
for the faint hearted <g>
