Perhaps you didn't do step one; "unhide all files". That would prevent
you finding it.
Open Folder Options, either from the Control Panel, or from the Tools
option in Explore. Click the View tab, select "Show hidden files and
folders". Deselect "Hide protected operating system files
(Recommended). Then try the instructions at the link again.
