Add or Remove Programs List Is Incomplete

I've installed the recently released SP 2 patch for XP
Home addition and I've noticed that not all of my
software appears in the list of programs under the Add or
Remove Programs window. This is problem remains
regardless of the sort opt that is selected. How do I
correct this to show all programs?
