After reviewing my first post, I thought a little more info may be useful;
Go to START/ RUN, AND WHEN WINDOWS COME UP TYPE REGEDIT.
When regedit windows comes up go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
There you can see folders have numbers as name at left panel. Click on every
folder. when click on each folder in the right panel you can see a key
called "displayName" and next to it the name of a program that have an entry
in list of ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS.
When you find the name you want, just delete that number on the left panel,
and you done.
Additionally, the easiest way to do that is to download a program from
Microsoft called TWEAKUI.
