I've got a winxp SP2 computer that does not have the option to remove
the software under Add/Remove programs for a lot of the software that
is installed. Some have a remove button, but maybe 2 programs out of
the 20 that are installed.

This happens when I am logged in as admin or any other user.

Any idea how to fix this?

Until you find a fix for this problem, try:

MyUninstaller: Alternative to the standard Windows Add / Remove module:

You can look in Program Files in the folders of the Apps you want to
uninstall. Many times the App will have an uninstall there.
