As Bob I told you, this function has never worked accurately and there
is no fix. I just wanted to suggest that you might look at System
Restore because sometimes programs make a Restore Point as part of their
installation routine.
Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
"Restore my computer to an earlier time"
Click on any of the dates in bold on the left and the details of that
Restore Point will be on the right. After you've looked at various
dates, just cancel out of System Restore so the utility doesn't run.
