I am definately not a techie but I have a 'huge' amount of white space
between M and N in my add/remove programmes. Can somone please help me with
an non techie, idiots guide to resolving the problem

Thanks for your help with this.
Done the negative icon check, found them and removed the negative symbol.
Checked add/remove programmes on the control panel but the white space is
still there - will the change happen after I restart my machine or have I
done soething wrong?
